Megan

Licensed Dental Hygienist

Megan has been the lead Dental Hygienist with Cities Dental Group for over 16 years, joining us in the summer of 2008. Originally from Madison, WI, Megan moved to the Twin Cities where she attended the University of Minnesota, and graduated with her degree in Dental Hygiene. In May of 2007. Megan was awarded the Naomi Rhode Dental Hygienist Patient Relationship Award. This award was given in recognition of a graduating student who exhibited exceptional interpersonal skills with patients. Go Megan!

Megan is extremely thorough, with a soft touch and a wonderful, comforting personality. She is a very large part on why our patient retention is so high. She genuinely cares for every single patient that walks through our door, and you can feel it immediately when talking to her.We are beyond grateful to have such a dedicated clinician on out team.

Megan's desires to learn and integrate new technology and techniques are unmatched, and we are so thankful for that. Not only is she looking out for our patient's oral health, but full body health as well.

When she isn't in the office, you can usually find her spending time with her amazing family! Megan and her husband, Mike, have 2 children. Mason(12), and Monroe(10), who keep her busy all year long with their various sporting events and activities.

Jaiden

Licensed Dental Assistant

Jaiden joined CDG 5 years ago, and has been Dr. Lira's lead dental assistant and right hand man, if you will. She has played a vital role in making sure our days run smoothly, and her attention to detail is unmatched. She is the definition of a "team player" and we are beyond lucky to have her!

Jaiden completed the Dental Assisting program at St. Cloud Technical and Community College. She was president of her class, and graduated with honors in 2019. Starting with us fresh out of school, Jaiden has formed fantastic relationships with so many of our patients. They have been here throughout her entire journey, and they feel more like family to her. Jaiden says the highlight of her day is getting to know her patients, and trying to make their experience at CDG as comfortable, and "care free" as possible. If you have ever had the opportunity to chat with Jaiden, you know she does this well!

She has been married to her "hunky" husband, Mason since October 2022, and they call Albertivlle their home. When she isn't busy running the show here at work, you can find her cheering on one of her favorite MN sports teams (most likely the Twins), or spending time outdoors with her friends and family. She is always busy, busy! But don't let her fool you; she loves a good couch session with a new book.

Miquela

Licensed Dental Assistant

Miquela joined the CDG team in February 2022, and has been a fantastic addition! She was working for another practice right out of school in North Dakota (where she's from) before she found her way here. Miquela completed the Dental Assisting program from MN State Community and Technical College in Moorhead, MN and graduated in May of 2021.

While her main position is being one of Dr. Lira's Dental Assistants, she has proven to rock the front desk as well! She is a huge help when it comes to answering phones, checking patients in and out, and completing all of those daunting tasks around the office. Her excessive organizational skills have come in handy on more then one occasion. Miquela loves getting to know our amazing patients, and works hard to make sure they receive the best care possible.

When she isn't at work, you can usually fine her doing something outside, watching old movies, or spending time in her garden. She also LOVES to cook foods from scratch, and even makes her own vanilla bean coffee creamer! She loves trying to create anything she can at home instead of buying from a store. If there were ever a zombie apocalypse; she is the one we would go to! She has been married to her husband Joseph since July 2021, and they live happily up in Albertville.

Laine

Office Manager

Laine became part of the CDG family in 2022, taking over for our veteran office guru Sandi, who started her retirement journey after working over 12 years with Dr. Lira. Laine attended Rasmussen University, where she received her degree in Healthcare Management. She also brings with her over 13 years of administrative dental experience. From front desk scheduling, treatment planning,

Insurance billing, and practice management – she can do it all, and has been a valuable asset to our team.

She is most likely the friendly voice you hear over the phone when calling our office, and loves to advocate for our patients when dealing with “challenging” insurance issues. Laine has really enjoyed creating rapport with our long standing patients, and is excited to continue to assist them for years to come!

Like Dr. Lira, Laine is a HUGE music fan, and has been an avid concert and festival goer for years. But lately, when Laine isn’t in the office, she is most likely living “new mom” life with her 9 month old little boy, Griffin. In her free time (what is that these days?) she loves to cook, do house projects, and spend time with her friends and family. She lives in Hugo with her family, and her 2 rescue kitties, David Bowie, and Little.
